Each "LAYTON" pipe is guaranteed to be free of Material Defect and Workmanship Error for one year after purchase for the original owner. This does not include User Error (Problems caused by Misuse or Abuse by the owner.)
If you believe your pipe failed due to Material Defect or Workmanship Error in the first year Please:
1. Do not send me your pipe without contacting me first.

I will get back to you within 24 hours and let you know how to proceed. If I fail to get back to you in 24 hours please contact me again by email or phone. I will most likely ask for pictures and also that you send me the pipe. I will give you the address and proper instructions.
When I receive the pipe, I will determine if the pipe failed due to material defect, workmanship error, or user error. I can tell how the pipe has been treated based on many factors and if I have a question I know a few Pipe Experts with many years experience repairing pipes. If I decide it failed due to Material Defect or Workmanship Error, I will repair, replace, or issue a full refund as I decide. As soon as possible.
